This month's Design Dilemma helps a homeowner get
the most out of their new contstruction.
 
Debbi and Frank Cobbin's New Space
Our Design Dilemma this month is from Debbi and
Frank Cobbin. They were in the process of building a new
home and needed assistance pulling their ideas together.
They were building a Mediterranean style home and wanted
to keep that look with a touch of contemporary. The Living
Room is the first room you see when you enter the front
door, so they wanted a real WOW factor.
Here's What We Did...
Our designer Aleighen achieved our client's vision by using rich colors, simple lined furniture and bold accessories. The focal point of the room was the fireplace and conversation area. Debbi and Frank now have an inviting, warm Mediterranean room full of personality.
 
Simple Elegance
"We wanted a room that warmly welcomes visitors to our home. Designs Of The Interior helped us achieve that look. What we enjoyed most was the fact that our designer understood what we wanted and put together a look that reflected simple elegance," Debbi and Frank Cobbin.
