Design Dilemma
Trudi, her husband Nathan, and their small child recently moved to Jacksonville from Australia. They have a beautiful new home to furnish and make their own. Their first priority was to create privacy with window treatments.

Here's What We Did
Trudi visited our showroom and met with our designer Sheila. During the store visit and the complimentary home visit, Trudi explained her goal was to choose window treatments for privacy, but also ones that would be unique and reflect the couple’s love of simple, clean lines.

With this information Shelia prepared a presentation for Trudi and Nathan showing the blinds, fabrics and styles that were selected to achieve Trudi’s goals.

Wood blinds were used in the Master Bedroom and Breakfast Nook to filter the bright morning sun. Non-Operable decorative panels were also used in these rooms to add warmth to these rooms. For the other windows throughout the home, existing non-operable panels were replaced with new functional drapery that showcases the couple’s style.

The end result was privacy for Trudi, Nathan and their family. Let Designs Of The Interior in Jacksonville help you find the right feel for your space.
